By purchasing and using any contracts, scripts, or materials provided by Cash Flow Cartel (the “Company”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Informational Use Only:
   The contracts and materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult with a licensed attorney before using any of these documents in a real estate transaction.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome:
   Cash Flow Cartel makes no guarantees regarding the enforceability or legal effectiveness of any contract or material provided.

3. Limitation of Liability:
   Under no circumstances shall Cash Flow Cartel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the contracts or materials.

4. Intellectual Property:
   All contracts and materials are the intellectual property of Cash Flow Cartel. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal and business use only. You may not resell or distribute these materials without written permission from the Company.

5. No Refunds on Digital Products:
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the contracts or materials have been downloaded.

6. Jurisdiction:
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
